About Scott Hartman Films
Scott Hartman Films was founded with the goal of helping clients tell compelling stories through short films while demystifying the production process. Whether you know the difference between a line producer and a boom operator is not important. We want to help eliminate the “voodoo” that sometimes seems present in the production business and go to great lengths to make clients feel great about the process.
ABOUT SCOTT HARTMAN
Scott Hartman is an award-winning, 20-year veteran of media and agency work serving as a Director, Cinematographer and Editor. During that time, he’s worked on productions of all shapes and sizes. Scott has directed interviews with a former U.S. president, danced wildly to convince toddlers to say their lines, and even built a symphony performance completely in post production using Zoom. Scott prides himself on being a solutions-oriented leader who is always looking for better ways to streamline and simplify production.
Scott holds credentials as a Level 2 Apple Pro Certified video editor, a FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot and an honorary title as “Yard Guy” for his house. In his spare time, he likes going on walks with his wife and daughter, acting on stage and in films, reading comic books and coaching at Tucker High School. On weekend mornings, it’s not uncommon to find Scott flying drones high above Main Street in his home of Tucker, Georgia. Come out and join him, if you want! There’s plenty of sky up there.
